Physics 1010
Physics is exciting. I was
challenged, excited and often times confused. However, I found myself wanting
more. I have always liked to research or learn about science and this class let
me demonstrate that with a presentation. Ultimately, the choice was not a hard
choice; I admire Michael Faraday so it was a no brainer. But then again, it was
a group project, and it took group vote. Yes, in the end the group liked the Faraday.
I was completely satisfied with Faraday because there were 5 groups in the
class and our presentation was the only one about Michael Faraday. Moreover, I had
the opportunity to learn about Faraday's youth, a part of Faraday’s life that is
the foundation for the man he would later become. The first attached file is my paper on Faraday's youth.
The second attached file is my observation
of tangential speed. This assignment was an individual assignment and was my
choice. I found that trains are very fascinating and not because the engine or
the car.
